Conflicts caught before dispatch

Assigning a driver who is already booked, off duty, or missing the certificate the job requires is rejected with the exact clash spelled out — not discovered at 6am.

Documentation is the gate

A job cannot be completed while a required checklist item, photo or signature is missing. The app names what is still outstanding.

The field feeds the finance

Registered hours become payroll lines by category; registered work and materials become invoice lines through the price rules. Nobody retypes anything.

Nothing is edited in silence
